  • We offer replacement only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear video proof showing the damage or defect during the unboxing.

  • The video proof should be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Requests without proper video evidence or after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement.

  • Once your claim is verified, we will process the replacement as quickly as possible.
